Pai cows, famous for their soft and glossy feel, are all indigenous to Mongolia and China. Their meat is utilized in stir fry, salads, desserts and soup. Even the Pai cow strain is occasionally referred to as the Russian cow. The title Pai comes from the old Khovsgol, at which the initial cows were increased.
