작년 8월에는 급기야 ‘반년 무급휴직’을 일방 통보했다. 이를 거부하자 대표는 바로 전00씨를 해고했다. 법적 대응을 하려고 했지만, 확실히 직원 80명 이상이 모여 회식까지 했던 회사는 5인 미만 사업장이어서 근로기준법 반영 대상이 아니라고 했다. ‘사업장 쪼개기’를 해온 것이다.
