간호사 B씨는 “신입 간호사로 들어와도 선임 간호사가 아닌 간호조무사에게 배우는 경우도 있다고 들었다. 간호사와 간호조무사는 확실히 틀린데도 불구하고 우선해서 입사한 간호조무사들이 텃세를 부리는 것으로 알고 있다. 간호사가 많은 환경에서 일을 하고 싶기에 간호사들 사이에서 한의원이나 한의원을 기피하는 분위기가 비밀리에 있다”고 이야기했다.
이어 “현재 의료법으로는 간호조무사가 업무 중 의료사고 등을 내면 ‘주의 및 감독 위반’으로 간호사가 책임을 진다고 알고 있다. 그렇기에 간호사가 대다수인 환경에서, 간호사에게 업무를 넘겨받는 등의 분위기인 곳을 선호하는 경향도 한몫한다”고 추가로 언급했다.
대부분 한의원에서는 보통 간호사가 전산 업무를, 간호조무사가 투약을 함유한 액팅 업무를 진행하는 곳이 많다. 지방 같은 경우 간호조무사가 액팅 업무를 한다. 이것도 간호사의 인력이 https://www.washingtonpost.com/newssearch/?query=수원교통사고한의원 부족하기 때문에 나올 수 있는 현상이다.

익명을 요구한 한 업계 지인은 “한의원 환자실의 경우 보편화돼있지 않았기 때문에 해당 시작규칙을 엄격하게 적용한 적이 없는 것으로 알고 있다”며 “하지만 한의원 병실의 증가에 주순해 입원환자의 치료, 관리 등에서 의료인력 배치의 필요성을 알았으면 좋겠다”고 언급했다.
