螺絲粉是廣西的一種小吃，無論你吃沒有吃過螺螄粉，但也可能聽說過，螺螄粉最
大的一個特點就是臭。有些人也喜歡吃螺螄粉，就是有點不能接受其中的味道，並且懷疑這種味道主要來自酸筍。那麼，螺螄粉不放酸筍還臭嗎？
其實螺螄粉臭味的來源的確是酸筍，酸筍是由廣西的傳統調味菜，一般是將新鮮的
