 Open QuickBooks software. Go to Payroll service and click on Workers > Employee.
 Then choose to Add Employee.
 Enter all the required information of Employee.
 Select ‘Direct deposit’ in the Payment method.

 Then select Next to finish the direct deposit set up.
 When the direct deposit setup is complete, click on Get Started.
