4) Go returning to Holgart and speak to him. Find Kent on the small island and speak with him, and ask Holgart to adopt you back to your platform.
5) Talk to Bailey inside his house on the west and He’ll give a torch. Pick within the Broken Glass within his hut, and go for the north-east corner with RS Gold the platform. Here, pick-up the Damp Sticks.
6) Use the Broken Glass with all the Damp Sticks. Rub Dry Sticks together to light the torch.
7) Climb the ladder and speak to Kennith. Go outside the dwelling and kick the Badly Repaired Wall and talk with him again.
8) Go towards the Crane and Buy OSRS Gold select “Rotate” into it. Talk to Holgart to go back to shore, and finished the quest by speaking with Caroline.
