Make sure that the label tells you exactly what is in the supplement, and that all of the ingredients are omega 3 fatty acids. First of all, these supplements should not have any additional additives - they should just be the omega 3. If the packaging claims that they have any odor reducers or added scents and flavors, steer clear!
