A Colourful and Family-Focused Wedding

This would be a fun and family-focused day made to entertain and delight all age ranges. Hannah and Ben celebrated their marriage on 7 July 2018 in the wonderful Gloucestershire. The wedding planner provided invaluable support, helping Hannah and Ben envisage, plan and elegance their perfect day.


Hannah decided on a stunning gown, having a simple yet stylish fishtail silhouette. The detachable train would be a dramatic and delightful addition.

"I thought the gown was easy and elegant however with the back and also the outer skirt additionally, it had only a touch from the wow factor – to make it memorable.'

Hannah and Ben first met through work, understanding one another professionally, after which personally, before getting into a relationship.

"In February 2015 I was in South Africa on safari. It would be a holiday of a lifetime and also the first safari I had had you been on. It was additionally a rare break from our kids. We both had two kids from previous relationships. Ben popped the question and I said yes. Busy lives, managing kids and work, and achieving a baby in January 2016 meant the marriage itself was put on the back burner. We finally centered on planning it in 2017 and we got married in July 2018. We are very happy that people prioritized it!"



The couple's lovely bridesmaids, flower girls, and page boys accompanied each other down the aisle. The flower girls wore pretty lace dresses in vibrant orange. The page boys wore suits and shirts with bright floral print ties and shoes.

Ben wore a dashing grey suit, shirt, and, tie. He completed his look with shoes.

"We enjoyed the ceremony. Having everyone from the kids play a part was special for us and we will remember it forever, as can they."

"We wanted something simple but fun! Trudy created the idea from the white cake with macarons 'dripping' on the side within the wedding colors."

Live music came courtesy of the Roaming Revels and The Revue, booked via Hannah and Ben's first dance like a newly married couple ended up being to Come To Me through the Goo Goo Dolls.

"The lyrics touched us, they seemed so appropriate, and also the whole song just resonates for all of us."

Words of Wedded Wisdom

"We loved creating a weekend from the event. It goes so fast and also the opportunity simply to slow it down over 2 days in one venue meant we've got to spend time with all of our guests and benefit from the whole celebration. We started it at 4 pm as I didn't want individuals to get bored. However, I would probably start it at 3.30 pm simply to allow both meals and also the evening party a bit more space."
