1. Meatloaf

My favorite recipe may be found on Your Real Food Journey.

With a side of baked sweet potato or butternut squash fries, this dish is perfect.
2. Honey Baked Chicken (optional).
1/3 cup butter, 1/4 cup honey, 2 tablespoons yellow mustard, 1 tablespoon Curry Powder, 1 teaspoon salt, and pepper to taste

Pour over chicken portions and bake, basting regularly, at 350 degrees until golden brown.

I have a recipe in my book.
4. Beef Str0ganoff (optional).
I make a basic version with ground beef and a fancier version with cubed steak and red wine.

It doesn’t matter to me because they’re both delicious with sour cream and all those wonderful fats!

(P.S. That’s Stacy’s recipe, so it’ll make you giggle!)
5. Tacos are number five.
American food for dinner this is an inexpensive, quick lunch for us practically every week, thanks to my tortilla press, my own seasoning mix, and a family who prefers fewer toppings than more.
