螺絲粉在廣西是很常見的一種美食，而且很多人吃一次就會迷戀上這個味道。螺螄粉里到底有沒有螺？很多人第一次吃螺螄粉的時候可能會覺得受到了欺騙，明明叫螺螄粉，但是卻沒有看見螺螄。
有些商家會提供螺螄肉，你也可以額外加，其實正宗的螺螄粉，是沒有螺螄的。因為螺螄粉的湯底是由螺螄、豬骨和各式香料一起熬制，裹挾著螺螄的鮮美，豬骨的醇厚和香料的馥郁，而螺螄和豬骨熬到爛而化在湯里了，當然，你可能會吃到幾顆「漏網之魚」 但是大部分的螺螄肉都化在湯里了，所以這就是為什麼我們吃螺螄粉的時候沒見到螺螄的原因，而濃郁的螺螄湯會勾著你不停地吸入~
