Caravan Club Chooses Their Tow Car of the Year

Since Volkswagens takeover of the Czech car Manufacturer Skoda in 2003, there has been a massive shake- up of the automotive industry with class leading new vehicles being released and finally winning awards. The Skoda brands reputation is not one that sits well with consumers and Skoda dealers in Scotland however we cannot miss the award voted to the new luxury family car favourite, the Skoda Superb Estate. Recently voted by a panel of ten people the towing a car enclosed of Caravan Club Towcar of the Year 2011 has been awarded for its practicality and performance in a variety of caravanning situations.

A panel of ten judges voted the Superb Elegance the award for its undeniable pulling power when towing. The new car lived up to its surprising expectations, and was put through a series of tough tests that undoubtedly highlighted its practicality, streamlined design and ultimately as the caravanning family car choice.

The new Skoda Superb Estate has already been voted as the TopGears Luxury Car of the Year and with a wide variety of choice on petrol and diesel engines, manual and DSG transmissions as well as direct fuel injection for optimum fuel efficiency and very low emissions, the new estate certainly lives up to its name, Superb.

There are a variety of trim levels to choose from as well as a massive additional specification list that will add comfort and joy to any long distance journey. The exterior harbours a classic design, with distinctive Skoda exterior features like the front end lines and light design features.
