The $108 million towers will also be Egypt's and Africa's highest office structures.
Egypt Construction:
The managing director of Salama Structural Engineers (SSE) announced that the Infinity Tower, the second-highest Egypt’s skyscraper, would be finished in three parts by the end of 2024.
The structural consultant for the 200-meter-tall office skyscraper is SSE's Dubai office, which is located in the Central Business District (CBD) of the New Administrative Capital (NAC) and 300 meters away from Egypt's tallest structure, the 387-meter-tall Iconic Tower. Infinity tower is the best CBD project in Cairo.

Salama, who also serves as Managing Partner of Infinity Towers for Urban Development, the project's developer, believes Egypt's and Africa's tallest office towers would have a similar impact on the local construction industry as the Emirates South Tower and Burj Khalifa did in the UAE.
This project will change the way people build real estate in Egypt because it will use the world's most advanced construction engineering technology, which combines art and science, he said. The tower will be built with the highest grade and strength of steel and concrete, as well as Class-A office building specifications, a first for Egypt.
With a 1,560 square meter floor plate, a column-less open floor layout, a 4.5-meter slab-to-slab floor ceiling height, five levels of subterranean parking with 800 parking spots, 14 high-speed elevators, and two fire elevators, the 40-story skyscraper will hold offices and stores.
Salama says that the Infinity Tower is the best Cairo’s business center & will have a bank, a car shows, a gym and spa, convenience stores, a pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, a department store, and a nursery.

According to Salama, the project would bring the skills of world-class consultants specializing in high-rise office buildings to Egypt, including NORR Group Dubai as the project architect, Design Confidence Dubai as the fire and life safety consultant, and AESG Dubai as the sustainability consultant.
Salama went on to say that as Managing Partner of Infinity Towers for Urban Development, he has brought his 40 years of engineering consulting knowledge to bear on 125 different projects, ranging from high-rise buildings to giant structural steel projects in Middle Eastern cities.
