I won't compare Chainz 2: Relinked to other casual puzzle games. This one have it's own charm and if you feel like playing something calm, relaxing, with lots of levels (and modes) to beat, this game is a good choice.. ok little puzzler with good difficulty scaling.

The small twist to the match three formula results in a much clunkier style of player due to a reduced number of valid moves. Making the game less responsive forcing more time on looking than linking.. This is an interesting variation on Match 3 - it's actually harder thant he usual kind, which is probably why it fell out of favor. You can't move the links at all, all you can do is flip them between NS and EW orientation. I played the heck out of Chainz back in the old days when Popcap didn't suck.

I'd give this a thumbs up for pure gameplay for 99 cents, but unfortunately this is so old it's a major chore to get running on my current machine with modern drivers - getting it to keep focus is a real pain. And it only runs at 640x480.

It's CERTAINLY no longer worth anywhere near the $10 being asked for it. 99 cents max.. ok little puzzler with good difficulty scaling.

I mean; hey come on! This is not an A+ Title wich needs 16 core, 64 GB Ram engine with nvidia 1080!. Basically just a Bejeweled clone but this time with chains. You got a few different modes like time attack, arcade, strategy & puzzle mode. It's not a bad clone but doesn't really do anything different and I can't recommend it for the current price.. Chainz 2: Relinked is a connect three-in-a-row game, but the twist is that you must link the chain links together to make them dissapear.

This game isn't very appealing to the eye. Also, the music isn't the greatest either; it just kind of sounded like they mashed some instrument noises here and there to make a soundtrack. The one good thing about this game is that there are multiple game modes to play other than just a high-score kind of game.

The biggest thing that doesn't make it worthwhile is that there's no trading cards, no Steam achievements, and no multiplayer. This is a bit of a unique game, but I don't recommend it.
