Game is unstable and regularly crashed in the middle of long levels with no save/recovery. Came concept if great (basically Culdcept Saga clone) and the humor and art is ok. I would actually play this whole game and enjoy it, but the current technical state make it a pure waste of time. Avoid.. Dicetiny might be an early access game, but it is definitely a solid game with brilliant ideas at such a young stage in development. I remember stumbling upon a trailer for this game on YouTube and being heavily intrigued by the art style and the game mechanics displayed and as I ventured futher into the video I felt a slight inspiration from Hearthstone and 100% Orange Juice; which caused me to become more interested. With more and more research of the game I slowly started to notice that this game fused the best of trading card games and table top games into one. With that being said, you can not go wrong with spending five dollars on a game with such a high level of game play, strategy, humor, and replay value. Seriously, give Dicetiny one solid hour of your time and I guarantee you'll be hooked and soon you'll be trying to be "Lord of the Dice", too.. Video Review & Gameplay DiceTiny sells itself as a dice and card based board game, augmented with abilities and gold. This sounds great and I was really excited however the game is extremely unbalanced, and almost random. My first game I tried playing minions which for the most part just got killed by my opponent with no effect to him, often 2-3 at a time. Which was followed shortly after with me pretty much 1 hitting him for a large chunk of his health. There is also a lot of small problems, for example the opponents turn moves so fast you often cant read your opponents cards, so you have no idea whats going on and how your opponent just killed all your stuff with 1 card. There is no description of what abilities do, I had a card with absorb, but have no clue what it does. The Game is Early access so I can excuse the extremely limited Deckbuilding and lack of other features, but just note this if you choose to buy. I have also heard of crash issues but didnt have any myself. I could mention a lot of other small things, but ultimately the game isnt really worth your money at this point I might keep an eye on the patch notes for improvements.. It's not half as bad as some reviews might say. And for the current price as of now (3,99) you can't do wrong. It's a nice board game (had a lot worse) and it's also funny.. I have been looking for a single player board game for years. The roll of the dice along with the decision making of which cards to play make this a very fun game. I like how the cards that are playable are lit up for each turn.. The Bastard child of Hearthstone and Monopoly, this game does quite well. It's currently early access, and by early access I mean it's brand freaking new. There's not much to do yet but even so, it's a lot of fun and has so much potential I'm confident it will turn into something great. So far you've got a total of 5 playable characters, and 4 scenario battles you can play. You essentially play a hearthstone style minion game with cards and AP, while also using gold to buy resources (and sometimes use abilities) while you move around a twenty space board. It is early access and as such has some glitches and issues, but I can definately see this becoming a great pvp game in the future.. I love the idea, unfortunately after one game the game now crashes when I try to launch the next mission. There's also something to be said about the buttons, I sometimes would click on a button and it would click on the button next to it, not exactly enjoyable. Please fix this I'd love to play more of your game.
