You see, I have been working with this Heavy bag installation service for several projects and should say it worked pretty well for me. The experience was great! This is what you need:

A 3x3m free area - You need to put the bag at the center of it
No obstacles - You training are must be empty when you train
No heat sources - You need to be far from heat sources
No dump - You need an area with a maximum 70% of humidity
A strong hanging surface - A stand-alone metal structure or better an armed concrete area tessellated (no small tassels)
