So, when is Quilava supposed to learn another move? level 25 and still at 3 moves is a bit lackluster.. especially compared to the other pokemons I have.
I'm reading the info about the game and it said politoad evolves with a water stone. So how would it work if poliwrath evolves from water stone too? Also what about porygon.
I figured as much, thank you for the clarification. It is interesting though. My Bayleef has so far been the MVP of my team. It is an interesting take on balancing though, to say the least. Oh well it is a rom hack, and a kaizo one for that matter.

Heart Scales were introduced in Gen 3, and I don't think they were added in this hack.
