How to Upload Pictures to Webshots.com.
Here is my end result for the start of my Webshots album.

The Significance of Webshots In my Teach Site project I will be showing others how to upload images from their computers onto a photo sharing site titled Webshots.com.
I am also now able to take a closer look at the photograph once i click on the smaller thumbnail in my album.
Narendra Rocherolle and Nick Wilder are the founders and co-chief executive officers of Webshots. The headquarters for the Webshots team is currently in Redwood, California.
Nick Wilder recieved his BS degree in Physics from Haverford College and an MS degree in Bioengineering from the University of Utah. After completing his schooling Wilder joined up with Rocherolle in 1997 to begin helping with software development for Webshots. He is now the co-CEO of Webshots.com.
1. Enter the site Webshots.com. 2. Click the red “Sign Up Now!” button. 3. You are then taken to a page where you make up a member name and give very little personal information. EXAMPLE: My member name is OSU_DaggN 4. Next you will be able to choose from joining the Free membership or the Premium membership. I exist in the Free membership and it works fantastic, so in my opinion there is no need to pay for Premium.
Uploading Photographs: 5. Once your account is approved you will be automatically sent here to being your Webshots page. 6. You are able to immediately begin your uploading onto the Webshots page by clicking the green “Upload Now!” button. 7. You then are sent to a page where you are able to click “Add Files” which opens a small window where you pick and choose from existing photos on your computer to upload onto your Webshots site. 8. Right below this is the Step Two box where you choose what you want your album to be titled and if you would like it to be Public of Private or used as your Profile Picture. 9. Step 3 is useful if you have other friends and family that are part of the Webshots community and you would like to tag them in your photos so that they are able to see what pictures they are in and others can tell who they are also. 10. Step 4 is Uploading time! 11. Once you have uploaded your photo you now have the option to add a caption. 12. Scrolling to the bottom of the page you will see View Album or Upload More. You may do either and your progress will be automatically saved.

Webshots.com offers a free joining cost which is hard to pass up compared to others which usually cost monthly.
After much schooling Narendra Rocherolle recieved a BA from Princeton University and an MA in Latin American History from Stanford University. Rocherolle then contributed his ten years of web experience to the idea of Webshots and in 1998 he finally had it up and running. Rocherolle now manages product development and marketing for Webshots as part of his co-CEO duties.
