So instead of skipping breakfast grab a meal bar high in fiber. You can get fiber one bars in the cereal isle of your favorite grocery store. Out of all the meal bars I have tried they are my favorite and they are cheaper then most. Depending on your weight try having two to be satisfied. The fiber will help keep you feeling full and regular.
