'We more centralism': Federico Gutierrez during his time at

Importance of Sunday's election results

The first issue of the great debate was to look at Sunday's results in the election. "It appears to me that there is just one foot on the other side in round two this is a political truth. However, my hope was to be united and win in the first round because much of the nation is at stake," said Fico, who added that he receives the win "with confidence."

After that issue was air, the possibility of winning in round one was debated. Team for Colombia's presidential candidate stated: "The numbers speak for them." Our coalition was one of the smallest, it's been three months. And we are just a few seconds away from being one million votes away of the Historic Pact, it is extremely clear who we are who can go to the second round to face these authoritarian and populist projects like those of Petro."

Petro: Tough Questions

Federico Gutierrez challenged Gustavo Petro's decision to not include Piedad Cordoba in the list. "How will you claim that you're not going to put corrupt people on the list when you've got Piedad Cordoba? He was involved with the lives so many kidnapped people, and then he became a member of the Chavez Regime which poses a threat to Colombia?" Fico affirmed his solidarity with Ingrid Betancourt who accused Cordoba "trading as kidnapping".

Gutierrez attacked Petro then and claimed to be a friend of the FARC.

"Those who have attacked individuals and those who kidnapped, extorted and murdered are the owners of peace, and we are the masters of conflict. I've employed weapons in my own life that is different from yours. I have moral authority and have the right to speak about peace. I will oblige the FARC as well as your allies and allies to comply since they have not fulfilled their commitment to peace.

Zuluaga arrives on the Gutierrez campaign

Gutierrez then addressed the next issue: Oscar Ivan Zuluaga's announcement of his campaign. "Zuluaga called to say congratulations and encourage me to support his candidacy," he said. I assured him that I was grateful for the opportunity to be in a personal position. I would like to speak to him. He said that he was not a supporter of Uribe however it was still his support.

He said that people who fight for freedoms and democracy have to be united. I will be meeting with teachers. Together with the cooperative sector they're to present the country with an overall plan and show how we can add to it.

Gutierrez as he was discussing the subject while discussing the topic, was criticized by Ingrid Betancourt for "saying that one is the only good and all are corrupt or evil."

"You do not have to say that I'm not doing anything right since I haven't had any corrupt scandals and have a clean-shaven policy," she said. She also asked the candidate what was the one positive thing to be said about Central America? If I am elected president (which I'm planning to) I will bring together. Although I'm not sure whether they're on the right or left I will be able to govern in the best way possible.

Ingrid was then accusing the actor of being "supported by machinery such as Los Char and Dilian Francisca Toro". "I am a man with character. He stated that, although he may form alliances but he's a man of character who will not let corruption or violence be part of any.

"Petro" is a joke.

Federico Gutierrez, made a new argument in his fight against Gustavo Petro. He said that he's being accompanied in his quest for dominion extinction by ex-senator Armando Bidenetti. In the event that he didn't receive any response, he declared that the candidate for Historic Pact "always plays stupid."

What https://www.eluniversal.com.co/politica/conozca-a-fico-gutierrez-ca... would health professionals give?

The former Medellin mayor, who was elected in 2004, presented his vision for a nation's health system "Ideology should not prevail. There must be respect for our health care services. We want to eliminate the long lines. We'll promote health and wellness, as well as articulation between the IPS/EPS, use of the Siga method, in which triage is conducted and determines the place you'll be treated based on the severity of your condition.

He also said that it was crucial to improve the conditions of healthcare workers and "that there are assurances of linkage" and stated that he is not cutting EPS but will strengthen care delivery systems. However, he added that "EPS that is not working is eliminated."

Relations with the United States

In response to the question: Will you consider rethinking your relationships with the United States? Gutierrez responded, "I will maintain a good bilateral relationship with the United States. There are however certain aspects that require to be reconsidered. We will try to create an economic system that produces within the nation. This will allow for a stronger commercial and political relations.

UU is the reason that can make the U.S. so problematic today. It forces us to realize that the world has changed, and that there is a country that can produce more food, but can export products of high quality.

Gutierrez took advantage of this to make another bid for Petro. "The blockades that you Petro directed to close the roads affected food prices. He claimed that people frequently think about why eggs and chicken cost so much because they were obstructed by roads.

Gutierrez reiterated that Petro "is planning to expropriate" and pointed out that, under his administration, cheap loans will be given to peasants, irrigation districts will be strengthened and the rights of landownership will be protected.

Questions from candidates to candidates

Federico Gutierrez was then able to clarify his position to the Uribe's and Duque governments: "I am absolutely clear that starting on August 7, everything that works, independent of the government, will remain, and what doesn't work, will I improve it."

https://www.facebook.com/FicoGutierrez stated that while security is important however, it is not the only thing. However, he said that he would combine security with social. If military forces are required to enter a territory in which there is conflict, for every helicopter that arrives, three will arrive, with the assistance of social investment."

Gutierrez wrote a criticism of Petro. He wrote that Petro offered them current assistance through Families in Action. Check out Venezuela.

Pension debate

Gutierrez proposed, to improve the pension system, "to take the state's capabilities to territorial bodies to help strengthen that money in fixed assets such as roads and schools. He stated that 20 billion pesos belong to mafia-related assetsthat aren't required to be managed across the entire state.

He added this is why I'm putting together an act to create more domain extinction judges and prosecutors, so that that money is used for education, health , and a pensions for the three million people who are eligible for a pension." Then he concluded that "resources are there and you only need to know what they are."

What can I do to make an appointment with the Pope while I'm out campaigning?

The discussion focused on the visits by presidential candidates Gustavo Petro (and Rodolfo Gutierrez) to Pope Francis. In this context, Fico Gutierrez pointed out that "those who are going to visit the Pope is because they don't know the Pope. While I do know his name, my trip today will be with Colombians. Actually I've already had the pleasure of meeting him in Medellin during the papal visits , and I listened to him extremely much that day."

Relations with Venezuela

The final issue was Venezuelan relations. Gutierrez said that Maduro's relations with Colombia have been through the FARC (the Eln), dissidents, and Petro. Maduro cannot be considered to be a government because it is an absolute dictatorship. However, there is a real-world situation in the border."

He also said that "for this reason, traffic on the roads is required because of the issue of trade, which continues to occur, as that illegal economy is being maintained by criminal organizations. Maduro does not have the legal status of a state. Business decisions should be made at its frontier.

Gutierrez was referring to the issue and was involved in an exchange of words with Petro. He claimed that he will not be silent in his defense of "his Allies" in reference to Russia, Syria, Venezuela, and others.

He also decried the idea of dissociating the Colombian economy from oil and coal, noting that it should be a gradual process rather than all at one time. "That's why renewable energy initiatives are being done, such as solar and wind. We are making progress towards this goal and hope to double our capacity.

Gutierrez offered a farewell message: "Petro. I will be the president of the Colombians."
