For the Kinshra, they banished from Falador and the mountains (I'm pretending there is a huge mountain range separating Asgarnia and Misthalin from the Wilderness... it is odd to have a single mountain standing on OSRS Gold its own) so I'm guessing that makes Daquarius, the leader of the Kinshra and a marquess.

The grave situation makes absolutely sense to me. for those who don't know this, it's the argument that gravestones won't be blessed as people will steal your loot.
