Esports, has been alleged to have been caught cheating.
With competitive H1Z1 growing in popularity, players from other Esports have been transferring over to the Battle Royale style game in pursuit of another competitive experience.

One such player is former Halo player for 3sUp and OverDrive, MoNsTcR - now representing Noble Esports in H1Z1.

MoNsTcR has enjoyed success since moving to the battle royale game, managing 2nd place at

the invitational tournament at TwitchCon, netting a cool $50, 000.
However , since returning home from the event and continuing to play online, the player has found himself in serious controversy.

His personal H1Z1 account continues to be banned by Daybreak, after allegedly using an ‘ESP’ (extrasensory perception) hack - typically a cheat which allows players to see locations of all players at all times.

Fellow player, also representing Noble, Nahn ‘ShurimaWizard’ Le, explained his knowledge of the situation on his livestream.

ShurimaWizard seems to confirm that MoNsTcR did indeed use the hack, but is only guilty of doing so as fun, just to see what it was like.

“He just used ESC for fun with regard to like a couple days, he got captured, and now he cannot play professionally.

He wanted to see how is it, how fun is actually it”

However he does explain that MoNsTcR has not used the hack at tournaments in a LAN environment.

“No, he doesn’t use ESP within tournaments, he did not use it on LAN, you can’t.

He’s fine, he will get that money - the 50 dollars, 000, he will get it”

MoNsTcR himself is yet to speak out on the allegations, but has tweeted that a response will be forthcoming.

Similarly, Noble themselves are yet to make a statement regarding the situation and their gamer.

Given the decision by Daybreak though, MoNsTcR looks set to miss out on participation in the H1Z1 Pro League, which guarantee’s players a minimum $50, 000 salary. With MoNsTcR now unable to play, he can likely be denied this opportunity.
