Beyond the Claws: The Impact of ‘Tiger King’ on Animal Rights and Legal Reforms

The release of the “Tiger King” documentary series on Netflix sent shockwaves through the viewing public, not just for its wild storytelling but also for its unintended consequences on animal rights and legal reforms. The series, which chronicles the life of Joe Exotic and the murky world of big cat breeding, has brought to light the urgent need for stricter wildlife laws.To get more news about… Continue
Golfing with the right plane is the most important aspect that golfers must be striving to master. But which plane is suitable for you? Do you prefer to be one plane swinger, or two planner?
The more common two plane golf swing consists of a couple of imaginary lines, one that is traced from the golf ball across the shoulders of the golfer at location, and the other drawn along the shaft of the golf club through the hip area for a mid iron. The concept is that, on the backswing the club will move between these two lines.

At the top of this backswing the right-handed golfer's hands are clearly above their right shoulder, and their left hand is more straight. When done correctly, in the middle of the backswing the golfer is in a solid gewebeplane wasserdicht, straight and ready position to begin the process of transitioning to the crucial downswing. Unfortunately , this is where many golfers who play on weekends have their swings go in a tangle and drift off plane.

Why is this? Since in the transition from backswing into downswing the two-plane golfer is now required to wait in the middle of the backswing for only a fraction of a second, in order to time the move, while their arms drop back on the proper swing plane. If the body is moving laterally toward the target even a fraction too fast, or is swaying too much, they will take the club off the plane. A lot of golfers speed up their swing from the top and throw the club out away from their bodies, and then across the line of their target. Again, this move takes the club away from the correct plane of the golf swing. The chance of them hitting straight hits to the back of the golf ball is slim.

The two-plane golf swing requires more timing and is more likely to be altered when the golfer realizes they're not on the right plane. It's more difficult to perform consistently, than the one plane concept.

However, Tiger Woods has returned to a two-plane swing after he had success with a one plane oriented swing for a while. It is my preference to play a two plane swing for my stature and ability.

The one plane golf swing, on the other hand is a line that is drawn through the golf ball, up the golf shaft and through the hip area and the hips of golfers.

In the middle of this backswing, the golfer's right hands are lower and higher, and more upright position at the top, than are the two golfers. The key element in this swing is that the left arm is in line with the lines formed by the shoulders. Their swing's path is within them and more inner than the two plane golfer's swing.

In the crucial transition to the downswing, all the player on plane must do is face the target in the direction they want to go, as they are already on plane and do not need to plan their move.

In both practice and theory, staying on the same plane throughout the whole process makes it much more efficient and simpler to return the club head from whence it started, at the back of the golf ball.

If an amateur golfer is able to master this swing plane without becoming too low and without putting the golf club too far around and behind their body, (stuck) that is, eliminating the tangled downswing backswing transition could be worth incorporating this simple plane motion.

Two of the greatest ball strikers ever, Ben Hogan and Moe Norman were able to successfully incorporate versions of the one-plane golf swing into their repertoire.

There is no doubt that many professionals today incorporate the two theories and only through testing the range of exercises will you be able to discover what you like best.

If you're interested, think about buying a swing plane tool to help you acquire the right feel for the golf swing plane and develop the necessary muscle memory so that you can replicate it out on the golf course. Nothing will accelerate the learning curve of your swing plane more quickly than practicing on the best golf swing trainer.
