it is about 6 years old. I have taken it to a computer guy and he cleaned it up but the Error message still shows up and I have know idea how to fix it.

The error shows up when I click on the Bernina program.

My only concern about that is that I have the software CD but when I install it it ask for a second CD and I only have one.

I have 2 dongles and have switched them out but the error still shows up. My computer is a ACER and I am using Windows.

There was only 1 CD from the beginning.
Hasp HL driver is on your dongle, so the possible cause of that error is the software on your dongle or the dongle itself.
I tried the Bernina Embroidary software icon and the error HASP HL still shows up.
