Excellent game, if you liked the first two this is a very similar kind of game. Probably not for everybody , don't expect a deep, immersive story or edge of your seat gameplay.. When I bought the game, there was only positive reviews. Now, two days later, a bunch of negative reviews appeared, and I wish I could have read those beofre purchase. They are true. The game is an awful grindfest, totally opposite to the first two games. The story is horrible, akin to something a 10 year old could write. No batch creation option, everything require multiple clicks with unskippable animations, and you need to create a godawful amount of the same items. To resume, the game is an awful waste if time, radically changed from the first two great games.. I am a hard-boiled player. I commanded armies of marines and marauders on the scorched fields of StarCraft II. I slain countless demons venturing from forsaken towns to the fallen heaven in Diabolo III. I lead head to head battles of heroes in the valleys,above cities and within the center of the storm. I master countless decks of deadly minions combining forces with legendary spells in the hearthstone inn. I fought in the streets of revolts and sieges in Insurgency. Danced among the bullets upon the shores of Omaha and Dunkirk in Day of Infamy. And breathed under a gas mask among fallen bodies in sandstorms. I participated hostage rescues and bomb defuses in the six squad. Launched cannonballs amid the roaring waves of the pacific gliding blackwakes. And called thunder by the names of the Super Earths Helldivers. I commanded warships,tanks and airplanes. Squashed swarms of aliens at the brink of a nuke blastoff. And piloted exosuits in battlefields obeying to natures selection. But still,when times come hard,and failures follow failures, What can I withdrawal to? Only those,peaceful yet immersing moments, Healing our wounds,and refreshing our souls.. I absolutely love these games I've been looking forward to this for months I think it's a really good point and click type game that is actually challenging and not made simple for little kids although I do feel like a little kid searching for frogs and butterflies on every new part of the map lol but it's a lot of fun and I highly recommend this and the two previous games.. I can not recommend this game. I loved the first two parts of the series, but they messed up part three because of too much grinding.. Another entertaining installement of this casual adventure. All the elements from the previous games were there and they added a new skill developping tool which adds depth to your everyday tasks. The one thing that was a bit of a letdown was the story, which was shorter and less developped than in the previous two games. Adding more things to kill, gather and craft can extend the gameplay, but it will not improve the overall experiece or make it more fun. Still, it's a good effort and I hope the next one will be better.. Over half the playtime is extremely tedious grinding. Hero of the Kingdom I and II are a couple of my favorite games, but I won't be purchasing a fourth installment if they do this again.. Yeah I know it has been said here a lot already, but that sequel is the worse of the trilogy. Content is way too spread over grindy sections that are quite boring to play.. Love this series of games. Not quite sure why, but something satisfying about roaming around and collecting items to progress.. In this game You can catch butterflies, pick flowers and shrooms, brew potions, smith weapons and armor, cook food and fight lots of monsters. Almost like Skyrim except no dragons. Very enjoyable experience (but still weaker than HotK I & II).
