Overall: The software works well as described. The interface allows for all the required functions, fairly simply, but needs improvement in terms of look-and-feel. At the moment, the graphic looks too much like “Roarshack” from the Watchmen movie and comic book. It offers an advanced cookie management console that allows a user to decide what cookies to allow and which ones to block. In the severest mode all cookies are blocked. This means that websites which use cookies to track a user’s web usage behavior can no longer do so, thus protecting the user’s privacy. Similarly, there is a mode that will automatically clear all cookies as and when the user’s IP changes. This means that each time the IP changes there is a fresh set of cookies that are now used, with the older cookies no longer available for anyone to compromise. Because of the IP hiding feature it also becomes possible for a user to access web-pages, blogs etc. where one’s IP was previously blocked.
