Great to see the characters i grew up on the megadrive with given their proper treatment. Not really into anime stuff but once i looked past that thouroughly enjoyed it.

I was gonna give it a 7 because of some of the flaws it has but the animation and xrays are just so good. I'd give it a 7.5. My main problem with the movie is that it's too short and fast paced and they could've made it better if they made it longer and do more characterization and expand the story more.
I was expecting some big arenas and fights like a boxing match but hey, I really didn't play the games and don't know much about the story. But I kinda expected more from the fight that was gonna decide the fate of the realms, they just teleport warriors to different places and we kinda only see 4 or 5 of the fights.
Just hoping that they make the next one longer and flesh out the story more.
