How to Write Content For Your Blog in Less Than 20 Minutes a Day!

How long for you to write content for your blog? I will guess and say too long! What I learn that helps me overcome the same problem you face is that to become an efficient writer, you need to assign something that can be concluded in one word.

Structure!

The best way to speed up your writing is to have an established structure, you can always rely on when you start writing. It allows you to focus on the message you want to share. You might think that using an established structure of blogs write for us content for your blog will make posts look stale and repeat. That is not true! In fact, by allowing yourself to focus on content than your structure will create content that contains more value for your readers than before!

So, you need to use the structure, but don't know where to start? The good news is that the structure is an easy part. This is how I discuss a good structure for my blog post.

Find 5 related keywords to post your blog with external Google keyword tools.

Use one keyword as your main topic.
Create headlines using your main keywords. Digg is a good site for inspiration to unite the title.
Use 4 keywords remaining as content paragraphs for your posts.
Create sub headlines that contain these 4 keywords.
Write paragraphs about each word sub-word.
Write introductory paragraphs about what you are complete on your blog post.

Write a summary paragraph about what you have discussed in your posts.

Rinse and repeat.
This is a very basic structure, but it's still very efficient. What I suggest you do to mix it a little is to look online for more templates. In fact, if you have an account writer in ezineArticles they provide a series of good article templates that can be easily used for blog posts too.

Remember that we tried to reach two things here. First of all, we want to reduce the time we spend to write content every day. Second, we want to let ourselves focus on the content, the message we want to convey. This is the word of warning. Using a very good established structure, but don't force yourself. If you have an idea for blog posts that break the structure, just follow it! Nothing is set in stone!
