Benjamin Szentpaly was born in Hungary to a well-to-do family. He was one of nine children and was an only son, which greatly disappointed his mother. She believed that her son would take over her husbands seat in parliament after he retired from politics, but when young Benji announced that he wanted to be a scientist and not run for public office, she disowned him completely. From that day forward, she refused to have anything to do with him or even acknowledge his existence.

Operation Panzerfaust was a multinational German special forces operation conducted in Hungary during World War II, led by SS-Sturmbannfuhrer Otto Skorzeny. The name refers to a German anti-tank weapon developed in 1942, as well as to Operation Unternehmen Eisenfaust (undertaking iron fist), an earlier German operation also commanded by Skorzeny. According to a report from CNN, Vladimir Putin is said to have ordered Russian authorities to release both Pussy Riots Nadezhda Tolokonnikova and Maria Alyokhina as part of an amnesty that will be taking place in December.

The two women were sentenced for their crimes against Russia, which was protesting Putin during a punk prayer in 2012. Their freedom is only temporary, though; they must remain in Russia while they prepare their defense regarding another case. If convicted again, they could face jail time of up to seven years on charges related to theft.
