I was just having the problem, Missing Dictionary Word Database. And i'm download from they. will see the "Dictionary". and my problem solves.. maybe is helpful to you :)
**Note: in Europe.nokia.com Support.. didn't list the Dictionary Software.

Just a suggestion, as I had problems with installing TomTom navigator on the N73 and got the same "unable to install" message. You could try this, as it worked for TomTom:
Under tools/memory choose the option to make a backup of your phone settings to the memory card.
Then select "remove memory card" and take it out. Press OK as instructed.
Do a hard reset of the phone which will take it back to factory default settings by keying in *#7370# on the keyboard (you will need your lock code to complete this procedure)
When the phone reboots, insert the memory card, and follow the install procedure.
Then do a restore of the backup you made on the memory card to get back your settings, contacts etc.
