The new partner visa programs (visa subclasses 309/100 and 820/801) have been introduced from 1st July 2009 replacing the old spouse visas. tIER 4 VISA In order to get a partner visa in Australia, there are certain aspects that need to be taken into account by the people involved. Upon expiry of the work permit belonging to the husband, the wife automatically faces the same predicament. In other words, the wife may be only in this country on behalf of the husband.

Basically, there are quite a number of pertinent issues that are given precedence in order to obtain a partner visa in Australia especially after the introduction of the new visa programs from 1 July 2009. These conditions apply to all foreigners who want to emigrate to this country.
