Carefully follow the directions of use on your prescription, and consult your pharmacist or doctor in detail about its doses to be taken daily. Strictly obey the doctor's instructions while taking ivermectin. Do not try to add or reduce the dose on your own, it may adversely impact your health.

To cure strongyloidiasis infection if you are consuming ivermectin, you should have a stool exam minimum of 3-times during the initial three months of your treatment to check the status of your infection. Special Precautions you should Follow While Taking Ivermectin?

·  Tell everything clearly to your physician if you have ever suffered from human African trypanosomiasis, meningitis, or disorders disturbing your immune system, such as HIV.

· Inform your doctor if you are allergic to ivermectin or any other medicine.

· Inform your doctor if you are breastfeeding, pregnant, or planning for the same. If you get pregnant during your ivermectin course, contact your doctor and follow the suggested instructions.

· Consult your physician about safe alcohol use during the course you are taking ivermectin.
