Just how to Release Fear - Teachings from This Moment Is Your Miracle



Take the time and inquire relating to this very important question: Where do I think my safety lies? This whole world—everything that we perceive through the five senses—is created on unconscious fear. How do this be? By the power of our mind. Your brain simply can just only see what it believes, which is why we must release false beliefs. Here is the transformation of the projected world into peace. Once we perceive something fearful, we could always allow ourselves to set aside a second to pause rather than react. By having a moment to open our minds and invite Holy Spirit into our perception, we invite a miraculous shift in how we see things, and we could begin to forget about habitual reacting and conditioned behaviors. We then begin to open up to inspiration. Fears Can Become PossibilitiesWhen there's fear in your brain it's the ego actively attacking your peace of mind.



This contributes to plenty of attack thoughts and doubt. In those moments, it's crucial that you have the ability to face the fears and really ask, “What am I afraid of?” If you are able to see your fears and what's behind them, you are able to really get into the effectiveness of choosing to be with the Spirit and realizing there's almost nothing that may threaten you. Then your fear inevitably needs to leave.
