Mailbag: Front Office's Role In Player Discipline? SAM Linebacker Options?

We all know Dallas can't follow their players around, but at what point does someone in management say: "Enough is http://www.authenticraiderssale.com/shop-by-players-michael-crabtre... enough" and send a strong message to the players that these actions won't be tolerated? They can't shadow everybody, but whatever the staff is doing isn't helping things get better either.
Bryan: You're right, you can't follow these players around. They're adults and this staff chooses to treat them that way. I can't tell you how many times I heard them tell these players to take care of their business on and off the field. It's human nature to make mistakes. The problem is when these players make them, they're front page news. I hate to say this, but it's not going to change.
David: I’m sorry, but you’re naïve if you think that a “strong message” would prevent a bunch of 20-something millionaires from getting into trouble. These guys are surrounded by pressures, vices and opportunities that most of us can’t even fathom. And if they’re good at football, then they’ll get another chance to play somewhere – even if they get cut. In all honestly, Damien Wilson could be facing jail time for his actions – and that should be a much larger deterrent than getting cut. All you can do is educate these guys as best as possible and hope they make smart decisions in their day-to-day lives. The Cowboys’ players haven’t been holding up their end of the bargain recently.

Does Damien Wilson’s likely suspension give the starting strong side linebacker spot to Kyle Wilber, Mark Nzeocha or could there be a surprise?
Bryan: Kyle Wilber would be my guess at this point until they figure out how they want to address it. He has started there before John Kuhn Authentic Jersey and it makes the most sense. Nzeocha has been working at MIKE but has the ability to move outside if needed. If they lose Wilson it has the potential to hurt them in the nickel as a backup to Lee.
David: It’s too early to predict how this plays out with Wilson. But if he’s unavailable, I’d imagine they’ll want to add another linebacker – purely from a depth standpoint. Kyle Wilber is capable of playing SAM, but there’s not a lot of depth behind the trio of Sean Lee, Anthony Hitchens and Wilber if Wilson isn’t available to play.
