This is one of my more favorite games I've come across, the story, while seemingly short, is perhaps one of the very few and rare of its kind. While short, the depth to each scene is carefully tended to in each scene and text done. I know I should of started with 1 but sadly I did with 2, but over all, if I need to wait many more years for the 3rd game, I'll be more then happy to do so with something like this.. Kuro Irodoru Yomiji stepped things up from what he did in Part 1 -- Part 2 has a much faster pace as well as several fight sequences with baffling visuals. Including the DLC (free at d3npa50ft, 0.79 on steam) with three short sequences that are unlocked one by one after both routes in the main game and after playing the first two extras in the DLC, Part 2 is still a bit shorter than Part 1.

This vn resolves the events set up in Part 1 and sets the stage for a Part 3, about which there is no information available at all at the time of this writing. The DLC might help understanding that presumed Part.

Also, the first story of the DLC contains the best H-scene up to now. The voice actors give it their all.

There are quite a few surprises in Part 2. Not everyone is what or who we believed in Part 1 and well into Part 2. Only the main villain turned out to be who I suspected all along.

In conclusion, if you liked Part 1, you will love Part 2. And let's hope, the final part is actually being produced. Considering the span between 1 and 2, this should be towards the end of 2018 -- but I doubt that it will be relased (if at all) before late spring of 2019.

10/10. Great VN, lots of plot twists, friends turned foes, enemies turned allies, there's no telling where the story lead us to.

Recommend to buy. Will take around 5~7 hours for each part.

This review serve equally to both part 1 & 2.. I'm not one who focuses on details or analysis when I play, read, or watch anything. I prefer to just experience a story, so I'll keep my review short. Upon finishing this VN, I immediately regretted two things: first, that the next installment wasn't available; and second, that I don't have ANY friends who are into either VNs or yuri. The music was great, and the story is one of the best I've encountered, which is saying something as I've read thousands of books and played hundreds of games. There was a part in this game (if you've played it, you know what I mean), where my heart almost broke. I truly, truly enjoyed both Ne No Kamis, and will eagerly be waiting for more from the group.
