Highsnobiety’s product collaborations continue with a new capsule collection in partnerships with our artistic friends over at boom-art. Drawing on the beautiful floral artwork of Dutch golden age painter Abraham Mignon (1640-1679), our latest release is a limited edition set of surfboards and skateboards. Consisting of diptych sets (that’s two boards that line up for one piece of art) that feature Mignon’ NIKE ZOOM WINFLO 4 s signature flower bouquet artwork, the exclusive decks also include Highsnobiety and boom-art logos on the top sheet of each board, alongside hand numbering. Of particular note: the surfboards are produced by one of the best surf factories in Europe, UWL Surfboards, and are packaged with a certificate of manufacture, fins, a carrying case and wall-display hooks. Nudie Jeans open their second shop in Stockholm this week. The design of the store is a reflection of the brand’s aesthetic with steel and stained wood fixtures furnished in the space lined with soothing green walls. The exterior facade is covered in “Swedish green” marble with copper window frames that give the shop a uniquely rugged feel. Denim specialists give jean repairs and alterations for free, as well as offering Nudie’s “Repair, Reuse!
