Steps to set up Orbi Router & Satellite

Steps given below must be followed in aa rightful manner

● Unplug your modem first & replace battery backup if used before.
● Plug it back in the socket.
● Use an ethernet cable & connect it with your Orbi router by inserting the wire into its Yellow port.
● Plugin Orbi to a nearby power source.
● Press the Power button if your router don’t light after plugging.
● Note:- Light on the router should emit solid white & pulse white
● Next, place it somewhere, so that it can cover every corner of your house.
● Do the same with the satellite when no light emit after plugging in
● Color Solid white & pulse white will emit when turned on.
● During the synchronization process, your Orbi satellite may light pulse magenta for up to one minute.
● Solid blue. The connection between the Orbi router and Orbi satellite is good.
● Solid magenta. The Orbi satellite cannot connect to the Orbi router. Move the Orbi satellite closer to the Orbi router.
● Solid amber. This light indicates that the connection between your router and satellite is established and user can proceed for further step.

Note: the Sync button on the Orbi router if the LED is still lighting solid magenta.

● Next, turn on your computer system and connect your router with it via wire or wireless connection.
● Type orbilogin.com in the URL bar and press Enter.
● Enter default username and password on it.

Note:- You can also download Orbi app if the website is not working.

● All LEDs of your router will emit once Netgear orbi setup is successfull.
