How To Fix QuickBooks Payroll Error 30102
When you are on network
Open Internet Explorer
Go to Tools > Internet Options > General
Click on Delete in the browsing history
Make sure that the TEMP Internetdocuments and files and website files are selected
Click on Delete and then click on OK in the confirmation box
Run CMD and flush the DNS. To do so, follow the below steps:
For Windows XP users: Click on start button > open Run
For Windows 7 or Windows Vista: Click on start > All Programs > Accessories > Run
In the command prompt, type ipconfig/flushdns and then press the Enter key
Send the payroll
When you are not on the network
Restart your computer and login with Administrator rights and then try to send the payroll data. If it is not successful then follow the below mentioned steps:
Run CMD and flush the DNS. To do so, follow the below steps:
For Windows XP users: Click on start button > open Run
For Windows 7 or Windows Vista: Click on start > All Programs > Accessories > Run
In the command prompt, type ipconfig or flushdns and then press the Enter key.
Again try to send payroll data and if it is still not successful then follow the below steps:
Run Internet Explorer and click on Tools
Go to the Internet Options
Click on Advanced tab and then go to the Security section
Unmark the Check for publisher’s revocation
Click on OK and then restart your computer
Important: In case if the Be Safe application is installed in your system them it won’t allow you to send payroll as this application restrict all the financial data which is sent to and from the PC.
Restart your system and then try again
Restore the Advanced Settings of the Internet Explorer and make sure that the Use TLS 1.0 and Use TLS 1.1 is marked and Use TLS 1.2 is unmarked
Identify if you are on the network choose the option according to you.
You must be using QuickBooks in single user mode while sending the payroll data
Get the payroll updates
Make sure that the Time & Data of your system is accurate. If not then set them
Ensure that the Internet Explorer is set as your default internet browser
Access to safe site
Make sure you are using the latest version of tax tables and latest version of QuickBooks Desktop
Uncheck the Publisher’s Certificate Revocation box
If you are using a wireless or remote internet connection then it is recommended to use a wired internet connection because sometimes the wireless connections are not secure.
Turn the Shared Download on or off
Re-validate your payroll subscription
Add the following websites as trusted sites and then send the payroll data again:
www.quickbooks.com
www.payroll.com
www.quicken.com
