Import your Customer to QuickBooks Online:
First Sign in to QuickBooks
Go to Settings and then select Import Data
Select Customers or Vendors option
Then Browse to upload the file from your system
Choose your file, and select Open

Import "Inventory Transfers" into QuickBooks Desktop
First Sign in to QuickBooks
Goto File Selection and then Select QuickBooks Transaction Type as Inventory Transfer
Then Select your File from the local computer folder
Click on Sample Templates
Set up the mapping of the file columns corresponding to QuickBooks fields
Review your file data then import it

Import Inventory QuickBooks Online:
First Sign in to QuickBooks
Go to the Accountant menu and then Select Send General Journal Entries
Select Date to filter the list of Journal Entries
Click on the Check box to send Journal Entries
Click on Send Journal Entries to the recipient

Import Chart of Accounts into QuickBooks Online:
First Sign in to QuickBooks then company file as Administrator
Now, Switch into single-user mode
Go to the File menu, and then select the Utility option
Select Import option then choose IIF Files
Now, you try to Import the Chart of Accounts

Import Sales Receipts into QuickBooks Online:
First Sign in to QuickBooks
Goto the Gear icon and then select Tools
Choose the Import Data option and then Import sales receipts
Browse your file and then select your .csv file to upload
If sales receipt is unavailable in the dashboard and wants to manually enter Sales Receipts in QuickBooks Online
Go to the +New button and then the Sales receipt option
Now Enter your customer details and select items
Click on Save and close.
