People will always need places to live. Therefore the true estate market has been around in some form or another for quite a while, and is probably be around for much longer. Because many people will buy or sell a minumum of one home inside their lifetime, potential real-estate leads are EVERYWHERE, just waiting to be snatched up by an agent.

First thing to appreciate when contemplating a job in real-estate is so it requires a LOT of effort to be successful at converting real-estate contributes to clients.
