As textile systems increased, new T-shirt designs were soon presented, such as the the container top, the A-shirt (infamously referred to as the "wife beater"), the muscle clothing, scoop necks, and obviously V-necks.

More and more well-known T-shirts were developed and developed through the entire Psychedelic era, including more and more home-made experiments.
