In 2007, OneSails introduced the first continuous fiber sails built without the use of glue, eliminating an important part of the delamination problems. OneSails has now taken a step further by introducing the 4T FORTE ™ membrane made from an exclusive Multi Micro Structure (MMS™) technology. Such sails last a long time and are recyclable.

' Green Sails ' - certified ISO 14040. 4T FORTE™ are the first "green sails". The membrane and production are adapted to the highest standards in terms of environmental impact and recyclable options. Glue and solvents are replaced by a hot casting process and the sail membrane is 100% recyclable in a standard waste separation process.
