A Salesforce Administrator is a system administrator whose field of expertise is utility of the whole suite of products & tools offered by Salesforce. A Salesforce Administrator is the rallying point for all employees within an organization who need to be trained & for those users within an I.T. firm who have doubts regarding usage of the Salesforce platform. They are also responsible for teaching employees of a firm how to leverage Salesforce products and the facilities they offer to streamline processes.
