Windows 10 BSOD - driver irql, clock watchdog
System Clock Driver
I have a relatively new system running W10. When I first got it around 6 months ago it would BSOD and I thought nothing of it as the hardware was brand new and so was the OS, and as such expected a few teething issues.
However, the issues still continue. My PC BSODs at various times, specifically. while playing games (Rust and Diablo, but also a few others), and also more occasionally at boot. (Causing the system to reboot again).
While playing games it BSODs frequently, often hourly or even more frequently than that.
These BSODs are mostly: driver irql_less_or_not_equal, or clock watchdog timeout.
All my drivers are up to date, and so is my windows installation.
I've tried running stress tests and memory diagnostics, and it doesn't seem to be a hardware fault.

Please upload copies of your dump files that were created during the last 14 days as shared files to your OneDrive with a link here. No more than five files please.
Dump files are usually found at c:\windows\minidump. You may need to change your settings in Windows to be able to see the files. To show hidden files select the keyboard shortcut Win+S. type Folder Options in the Search box and click Folder Options in the drop down menu. Select View, Advanced Settings and verify that the box before "Show hidden files and folders " is checked and "Hide protected operating system files " is unchecked. You may need to scroll down to see the second item. You should also make certain that the box before "Hide extensions for known file types " is not checked.
What is your computer make and model? If not a branded computer what is your motherboard make and model?
Please download and run Driver View and upload a copy of the report it produces to your OneDrive.

Please provide a copy of your System Information file. To access your System Information file select the keyboard shortcut Win+R. type msinfo32 and press the ENTER key. Select File, Export and give the file a name noting where it is located. Do not place the cursor within the body of the report before exporting the file. The system creates a new System Information file each time system information is accessed. You need to allow a minute or two for the file to be fully populated before exporting a copy. Please upload the file to your OneDrive, share with everyone and post a link here. Reports in normal mode preferred. Please say if the report has been obtained in safe mode.

Thank you for the fast response.
Here is the link for the 3 dump files currently on this computer. (I very recently reformatted, and thus lost many other dump files. However these cover both the driver irql_less_or_not_equal and clock watchdog timeout BSODs, and so should be apt.
**EDIT** I have since been advised by the people who built the PC to turn off the overclocking, and have done so, but have crashed since then, even with no overclocking. Here is the dumpfile for the crash with overclocking disabled: http://1drv.ms/1QasIEU
My computer is custom a build with the following specs :

CPU: Intel Core i7 6700K
CPU Cooler: bequiet BK018 Dark Rock 3 135

Here is the report produced by DriverView in html: http://1drv.ms/20OuWVG
And here it is again in .txt: http://1drv.ms/20Ov5so
(I wasn't sure which format you preferred.)
It appears to say I am using an intel xeon, when in fact I am on skylake. (And was produced in normal mode not safemode)
Something to note, as I was exporting and saving from these programs, I was getting permission errors when I tried to save to the desktop, something that has never happened before. (I could however save to my documents and drag and drop with no problems.)
I also forgot to add that I also occasionally get lockups / hangs / freezes, that force me to reboot the system. The image on the screen will freeze, and a horrible loud screeching noise will be emitted through my headphones. These are less common than the BSODs though.

Your 6700k skylake cpu have bugs. Read about '6700k freeze' in google.

Both Drivers have now been updated. BSOD crashes are far more infrequent but the freezing/lockups/hangs, remain, and they don't provide a dump file as far as I know.
The game I was playing at the time (Rust) recovered from one of them and created a few files, including a .dmp, I will upload all of the files in a zip and maybe that will help you diagnose it. (This is the first time it has recovered from the freeze, and actually generated anything,it normally results in a reboot)
Here is a link to the dumpfiles generated by the game: http://1drv.ms/1R0Kbmu

Please restart your computer, allow 20 minutes for the system to run before uploading further information so that the impact of making changes can become apparent.
Please provide an updated copy of your System Information file. To access your System Information file select the keyboard shortcut Win+R. type msinfo32 and click OK. Place the cursor on System Summary. Select File, Export and give the file a name noting where it is located. Click Save . If the report is in a language other than English, please state the language.
Please upload to your One Drive and share with everyone a copy of your System log file from your Event Viewer and post a link here. Please remove any earlier copies of the logs from your OneDrive.
To access the System log select the keyboard shortcut Win+R. type eventvwr.msc and press the ENTER key. From the list in the left side of the window select Windows Logs and System. Place the cursor on System, select Action from the Menu and Save All Events as (the default evtx file type) and give the file a name. Do not provide filtered files. Do not place the cursor in the list of reports before selecting Action from the menu. Do not clear logs whilst you have a continuing problem.
