It is a Geat game but commander nerf with direct x 9 graphics feels little dated.

It has a small community and the parent company does zero advertising.

The issue of hacking in this game is largely rubbish from people who fail to understand how much commanders matter. However the dev did give into tier matching with zero spread and then nerfed commanders at lower tiers and nerfed group size which largely means they wrecked there own game. In WoT and AW and WoWs commanders all matter and tier spreads help people want to achive somthing higher and see other ships they mayb one day own. This game fails on so many basic levels due to pandering to sooks.

I have really enjoyed this game but without player base, or anything interesting, the wholesale of merit over xmas 2016, the lack of 64bit or even direct x 11 support this game is going to come to its end sooner or latter. I wish you well game but think war thunder will steal boats once they fully move into this area.. After some time of playing I like to edit my review but I still recommend this game and even more than before. If you like WW2 or naval battles than you will like this game very much too.
It lets you pick one of 5 ship classes. Each gets its advantages and disadvantages. Each is very easy to master (if you understand its purpose) and all classes, nations and tiers are very well balanced (can say that up to T5).
This game is the best marriage between Arcade and Simulation I saw before. Easy controls, very simple gameplay. Yet you can be great in shooting guns or salvo torpedoes but if you don't think you get sunk by others who do.
The business model is very cheap comparing the other "free to play" games. Basically, when you create an account and try it, you get 14 days VIP for free if you are active. This is two weeks you can decide to stay with the game or not. It's not P2W system at all. And great idea is that you can purchase VIP not only for time but also for number of battles, which suits me because I can't play regularly.
The main con is now number of servers\/players. Currently there is only North American server. Even I don't have any problem to play there from Europe it's the number of people online. And to be honest I don't understand this. This game is similar and in many ways much better then it's competition. It has very positive reviews. And I'm also writing this because I don't truly understand: "Why people aren't here, trying to sunk me". A very basic game with a far number of ships. Takes a entire new look at sea warfare. You have the best of them all. From Planes to Subs. The game has made them ballanced and far to play.. Great game but a dead game. A better World of Warships with significant improvements. But too few players - SO GET THIS GAME AND JOIN US!!!

And for all you people complaining that the 'enemy is invisible' or 'main guns are RNG', etc., all I can tell you is LEARN TO PLAY. That's what I did and my game play improved immensely.. Best naval warfare game so far, better than world of warships by far, ui needs some polishing but overall very good game, reminds me of Navyfield, my beloved game. i like this game but now every time i go to load it the screen does black could i get help on how to fix this
