STEPS TO TROUBLESHOOT HP PRINTER NOT PRINTING PROPERLY ISSUE

Basic HP Printer Troubleshooting Steps.

Here are some easy and basic HP Printer Not Printing Troubleshooting Steps:

STEP 1: Ensure that HP printer cables are properly connected. If in doubt, turn off the printer, unplug it and unplug all the cables on the printer. Connect and reconnect the cables. Turn the printer back to see if the hp printer offline error was cleared.

STEP 2: Check the HP printer cartridges and print heads to make sure they are correctly installed. See if the printer's cartridges are empty. If the ink cartridges contain enough ink, reinstall the cartridges and print heads. Substitute it with a fresh one if there is an empty ink cartridge.

STEP 3: This includes hardware self-testing to try and print your HP printer. The first step is five to six times opening and closing the printer cover, which is too fast. This will print websites with lines on them. If the websites are not printing, you will receive a message explaining why your printer can not be identified.

STEP 4: See if your computer's firewall prevents the HP printer from properly printing. Open your firewall preferences and add the printer software's executable file(*.exe) as an exception or deactivate the firewall momentarily to see if the hp printer not printing error is fixed.

STEP 5: Uninstalling all available printer software is included in this solution. Software issues can also trigger a issue with the error-state for HP printer not printing correctly.

STEP6: If all of the above steps fail, try rebooting your PC.

STEP 7: Reinstalling software and printer drivers can also solve the problem: double-click the HP printer icon in the system tray at the bottom right of the screen. Look to read the error messages in the printing queue under "Status." Right-click the entries and, if necessary, select "Cancel."

STEP 8: If these steps do not resolve error-state problems with the HP printer, navigate to the HP website to search for your specific printer model. Click on "Support and Troubleshoot." Click on "Solve a Problem" to find solutions to the HP printer's specific error. Check for software and driver updates in the "Software and Downloads" area as well. For better knowledge you can visit the site as well:https://www.easyprintersupport.com/blog/hp-printer-not-printing/
