TAP Portugal Flight Delay Compensation

Tap Portugal Airlines provides flight delay compensation to the customers if they fail to provide the services on time or cancel the flight on the same day. Flight delay compensation depends on your ticket type and the destination. Refunds and compensation are subject to the cancellation policy of the Airline. The refund policy of the Airline is mentioned below.

Refund Policy Of TAP Portugal Airline

If your ticket is refundable and you have raised the cancellation request within 24 hours of the ticket purchase, you will get a full refund.

The Airline would charge no cancellation fee if you requested a refund through flyTAP. If the refund is requested via our Contact Center, you will be charged a refund processing fee of 30 EUR (40 USD)* for each ticket, no matter the cost of your TAP ticket.

If you request to cancel a ticket after 24 hours of the booking, you will be charged a cancellation fee, depending on the Tap Portugal Cancellation Policy mentioned in the ticket.

If you booked your ticket via credit card and request a refund, Airline will take 5-7 Business days to issue your refund. And refund amount will be credited to your credit card statement because the Airline will send the refund to your credit card company.

If Tap Portugal itself cancels the flight, you may request a full refund of the amount you have paid.

Compensation On flight Delay Of Tap Portugal Airline

The Airline will provide you with a voucher for 110% of the original amount you paid as a flight delay or cancellation compensation. Vouchers are valid for one year.
