1. HANNOVER FAIRGROUND - HANNOVER, GERMANY (496,000 M²)


Only two years after the end of the Second World War, a trade fair was organized at the instigation of the British occupying powers to revive trade and industry in the
country destroyed. At that time, Hanover was chosen. Fully integrated into the
city's infrastructure, Hannover Messe has proved to be a model for the trade
show industry worldwide. After many years of success, the design of Expo 2000
has been completely redesigned and adapted to new challenges.

2. NATIONAL EXHIBITION AND CONGRESS CENTER - SHANGHAI, CHINA (400,000 M²)

3. FRANKFURT MAIN FAIRGROUNDS - FRANKFURT, GERMANY (367.000 M²)


The Frankfurt Exhibition Center is one of the most popular sites in the world. The Messe Frankfurt is located directly in the center of the city, 500 meters from
the entrance to the exhibition center and the dimensions of the event area are
manageable. Thanks to the internal shuttle of the show, it takes only five
minutes to cross the park and visit the exhibition stands.

4. FIERA MILANO - MILAN, ITALY (345.000 M²)


The exhibition complex of Milan, with its eight rooms, is the work of the Italian architect Massimiliano Fuksas, who made sure of the opening of the exhibition
park ten years ago. Expo 2015 saw a total of 20 million visitors to the city.

5. CHINA IMPORT AND EXPORT FAIR - GUANGZHOU, CHINE (340,000 M²)


The Guangzhou Canton Fair area is only slightly smaller. The fair has existed since 1957 and has gradually developed. Traditionally, the Spring and Autumn Fair of
the world-famous Canton Fair is held there, with stands attracting more than
150,000 visitors from more than 200 countries.

6. COLOGNE EXHIBITION PARK - COLOGNE, GERMANY (284.000 M²)


Since 1922, the Cologne Exhibition Center is located in western Germany. Nearly 2,000 meetings, conferences and more than 75 trade shows are held each year. This
also includes Anuga, the world's largest food fair.

7. DÜSSELDORF EXHIBITION PARK - DÜSSELDORF, GERMANY (262,000 M²)


Number 7 of the world's biggest trade shows is also in Germany. Messe Düsseldorf offers 262,000 m² of exhibition space on 19 exhibition halls. In addition, there is
approximately 43,000 m² of usable outdoor area. The Düsseldorf fair is
particularly strong in the digital sector and has its own application.

8. PARIS NORD VILLEPINTE - PARIS, FRANCE (242.000 M²)


One of Paris Nord Villepinte's most important exhibitions, built between 1980 and 1992, is the famous Salon du Cheval, a nine-day event for the equestrian and
equestrian industries.

9. MCCORMICK PLACE - CHICAGO, USA (241,000 M²)


It is only in ninth place that the first American exhibition park appears. However, McCormik has grown significantly in recent years and now has a fully integrated
campus with supply, transportation and end-user business. It is the largest of its
kind in the United States and the four cabins are nicely connected to
pedestrian crossings and bridges.

10. FIRA BARCELONA - GRAN VIA, BARCELONA, SPAIN (240.000 M²)

Gran Via is the largest of the two exhibition parks of Fira Barcelona. It has eight interconnected rooms and 45 restaurants. The courses are located close to Barcelona Airport
and are very popular with all event professionals.
