Wig is an indispensable part of cosplay. Wig is a part of clothing and a part of the role. Like props, wig is an indispensable part of modeling. When we identify characters, we mostly identify them through bobo wigs, costumes and props. Wigs account for a large part in judging the restoration degree. An excellent Coser must be loyal to the role of restoration, with restoration as the first priority, followed by beauty and comfort.

There are many kinds of wigs. People often come into contact with high-temperature silk, cassettes, and human hair. Of course, there are many other kinds. But generally speaking, COSPLAY uses more high-temperature silk and cassettes, so it's not necessary to explain them. The following introduction is also based on high temperature wire and card wire.

Let's first compare the parameters:
1. High temperature wire can withstand 200 ℃, cassettes can withstand 80 ℃. This shows that the wig made of high temperature silk can be processed by curling bar or straight plate clip, while the wig made of card silk can only be dried by the medium and low temperature range of hair dryer.
2. The high temperature hair is thinner and the card hair is thicker.
3. High temperature silk is about 3 / 5 of the thickness of cassettes, so it is normal that the number of high temperature silk on the same wig is more than cassettes, and the actual effect is as thick.
4. The high temperature wire is relatively soft and the card wire is relatively hard.
5. The reflection of high temperature silk and card silk is the same, according to the color (for example, gray wig basically does not reflect light).
6. The sense of modeling, high temperature silk can never compare with card silk. High temperature silk is only suitable for these models: curl straight hair, straighten curly hair, curl MSN wig, any other model is the most suitable for card silk.

It can be seen from the above parameters that the high temperature wire is quite different from the card wire. The advantage of high temperature silk is that it can be ironed directly and freely. It is soft to feel and natural to wear. The advantage of CASS is that it can do some exaggerated and high support modeling.

Cosplay wig modeling, first of all, we need to distinguish what kind of wig we hold in our hands, and then make modeling. In addition to the hair itself, special attention should be paid to the following points:

How to wear: short hair is the same as long hair, but when wearing cos long hair, it's better to have someone to help or use CASS. If there is a hair net, put the hair completely into the hair net, and try to pick the tighter one when using the hair net, so it is not easy to show the real hair.

Specific steps: when wearing cos short hair, lower your head, then find the middle part of the front end of the wig, and press it with your hand in front of the bangs. If it's cos long hair, turn the hair forward, and then pull the back of the wig to cover the real hair. After that, hold the wig in front of you and put it in the back slowly to make it vertical naturally.

Cleaning: soak the wig in cold water, add a little shampoo, squeeze it gently, take it out, stick it on the outside with a towel, and then dry it in a cool place. Don't wash your wig casually if you have nothing to do. It will last a short time.

Nursing: buy a bottle of special hair oil for wig. When cos wig nursing, first mix the oil with water and spray it on the wig, then comb it with a special transparent lace wigs comb, and then hang it to dry in the shade.

Storage: if the cos wig is stored well, it can be reused many times. Basically, buying one style can play a role in Cosplay series once and for all.

When the cos wig is not used, it should be put in the wig soft net, and then put in the packaging bag for moisture-proof treatment. If cos long hair is too long, it needs to be folded in half, and the number of times should not be more than 2, and it should be placed in the place where heavy weight can not be pressed down.
