The LFV-L servohydraulic Table Top series is designed for biomedical and advanced materials testing

The LFV-L servohydraulic tabletop series is suited for biomedical and advanced materials testing. This series is ideal for monotonic (static) tension, compression, bend, shear, fracture toughness, durability, and fatigue testing, including fatigue crack development.

The fatigue-rated actuator is double-acting and double ending with equal area, and it has Hydrostatic 4-Pocket Bearings for the greatest friction-free static and dynamic performance with the virtually service-free operation.

For a simple table attachment, the actuator is conveniently positioned on the top crosshead.

Depending on the solution, the load cell can be installed on the piston rod end or the lower base plate.

A compact and space-saving design;

The most recent digital control electronics with high closed-loop control and data acquisition rate, as well as self-identification transducer coding, are the most recent digital control electronics with high closed-loop control and data acquisition rate.

A rigid machine frame with high rigidity, as desired for Table-Top models, provides improved axial and lateral stiffness and ensures strong, durable, and long-term operation.

From a mechanical lift to an autonomous system, you may alter the test space.

Equal area, double acting, double ending. The Servo Actuator with Hydrostatic 4-Pocket Bearings has the greatest frictionless static and dynamic performance with very little maintenance.

Digital piston stroke transducer and very precise load cell

Servovalve with high performance (s).

The load frames of the Series LFV are designed for precision testing in a wide variety of dynamic applications. They have a robust two-or four-column design for greater axial and lateral stiffness, and they're precision aligned to apply uniform force to the specimen. If the actuator is located on the top crosshead, the machine will have an inbuilt T-slot platen that may be used to attach grips or fixtures, components, specimens, manufactured assemblies, or finished items. With a manifold linked directly to the actuator and a close-coupled servo valve and accumulators for increased performance with the greatest possible responsiveness and decreased pressure fluctuations, the actuator is ideally suited for high piston speed at almost service-free fatigue testing.

A double-ended, equal-area manufactured actuator is part of the load frame of the Series LFVto create equal axial force in tension and compression using hydrostatic bearings. At maximum ratings, the hydrostatic bearings provide exceptionally low friction for the most precise control and longest, most dependable lifetime. The actuators include a precise displacement transducer. They are well-suited for all sorts of testing (static and dynamic) and are well-known for their fatigue dependability, precision, and repeatability. These actuators are the most versatile and widely used option for all Series LFV applications.
