Every winter season, I feel like it has gotten colder than the year prior to. Maybe it is because every year, I get older and my metabolic process decreases. This year, I decided to figure out how to remain warm in bed. My blankets are not any warmer and I navien mate bed warmer didn't wish to change blankets so I chose to attempt other ways. Here is what I tried and what appeared to work for me.
The only thing was that I didn't get to feel the softness of my down blanket versus my body - something that I really take pleasure in. I didn't feel as appealing going to bed, something that I like to feel as well, particularly with my hubby sleeping next to me. Next, I tried wearing these silk pajamas.
Heated blanket: Although I like my blankets, I decided to add a heated blanket underneath them just for my body. The heated blanket worked too well.
Of course, you do not have to buy these socks and you can always just use any pair of cotton socks to bed, but these are made especially to keep your feet warm all night. I in fact tried using these with my shorts and tee shirt and discovered that it made a huge distinction in how warm I felt. Of course wearing socks to bed felt a little foreign to me at initially, however ultimately I got used to it.
